You are invited to participate as a competitor or spectator in the NPC Continental USA Bodybuilding and Figure Championships which will take place on Saturday, October 5th, 2013 in Ottawa, Illinois. This show is fast becoming the premier national qualifier in the midwest. The top two competitors in each open class qualify for national level competitions. Added divisions this year include Mens Physique, Womens Physique and Novice Men.
