Contest Rules and Information

 Eligibility Rules - All Competitors:

Each competitor must be currently registered with the NPC and to meet this requirement, he or she must present his or her current NPC card, current NPC receipt, or purchase an NPC card at this competition ($85.00).

Each competitor must be an amateur in good standing with the NPC. Any competitor who has won this overall title, or in the case of Novice Men and Women Divisions, another title at the open level, is not eligible to compete in this competition.

 Masters Men - Each competitor in this Division also:

• Must have reached her 35th, 40th, 50th birthday by day of show
• Must provide proof of age with a birth certificate, drivers license or state ID

 Masters Women - Each competitor in this Division also:

• Must have reached his 35th birthday by day of show.
• Must provide proof of age with a birth certificate, drivers license or state ID

 Mixed Pairs -

• Each entry in the Division must consist of a male and female combination which has not won this title.

 Teen Men -

• Must have reached his 13th birthday, but not his 20th birthday by day of show.
• You must provide proof of age with a birth certificate, drivers license or state ID.

 Fitness/Figure -

• Cannot have placed in the top five in a National Level Show.

 Divisions:

• Men 4 Classes:
• Lightweight: 154 1/4 and under
• Middleweight: 154 1/4 to 176 1/4
• Lightheavy: 176 1/4 to 198 1/4
• Heavyweight: over 198 1/4


• Women 2 Classes:
• Lightweight: 118 and under
• Heavyweight: over 118


• Mixed Pairs: 1 Class:


• Masters Men: 3 Classes:
• 35-44
• 45-54
• 55 & Over


• Masters Women: 1 Classes:
• 35 & Over


• Teen Men: 1 Class:
• 13-19


• Figure: 2 Height Classes:
